How to Get Positive Press Coverage.

There's a lot more to getting your business featured in the media than sending out press releases, something most public relations firms know but few practice. At Write Well Media, we understand that getting press coverage for yourself, your business, or your product means knowing who to call and how to pitch a story.

Most newspaper and magazine editors take about two seconds to review a press release. If it doesn't catch their eyes in those first few seconds, they toss it. Getting noticed means not only knowing how to write that "make 'em keep on reading" first line but knowing how to follow up and who to follow up with.

With professional journalism experience on our side as well as a host of personal media contacts, we know what publications fit the bill for your business, who to call, and how to pitch a story that will get the editor's attention fast. We work as your front line staff and relieve you of the hassle of knowing how to handle media questions, how to present your business in a positive, consistent manner, and how to maintain long-term media contacts.

Echota

Quarterly Newsletter

As a highly successful second home development, Echota needed a quarterly newsletter for current owners as well as prospective buyers that would create a sense of community among residents and gently entice potential owners to consider the development for weekend getaways. We wrote, designed, and developed a newspaper-style, full-color newsletter that combines stunning photography to feature Echota's mountain views with soft sell copy that is informational to owners while also providing a sneak peek to prospects.
